I had Mili Juli Sabzi, a... read more vegetarian curry, cooked with curry leaves, yes, Methi leaves or what the Persian call Shambaleele. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, not even a teeny-weeny more than needed. On top there were fragrant ginger sticks, which added perfume, freshness and a good bite. I asked for Basmati rice on the side. The texture of the rice was so light and airy that the impression was that of eating a cloud.
And the wine list. Given its length it proposes a nice selection. I had a glass of a Chilean Viognier, white peaches, lilies, orange blossom, almonds, white stones, and a tad of oily texture.
Delightful meal.
Juber and the rest of the Waiters were most kind.
Definitely a place to visit.

  Lousy place. Very poor service and below average preparation. As an example...serves tandoori roti in the name of Lachcha parantha. When complant.....Manager (Alom) said this is the way we make... read more Lachcha Parantha...do whatever YOU CAN and gave his Vcard.
Waiter also started arguing without even checking with chef if wrong order was served.
Recommendation....stay away

With staff that made us feel comfortable and like home from the beginning, outdoor space for people like me that want to enjoy the summer breeze and a great indoor space, delicious food I may dream about for some time, we had a great night out and almost felt like getting back to normal. I would definitely recommend this restaufant and cannot stress enough how good the food and quality of service was, it is a must to visit.

  Delicious food - the okra fries were absolutely deliciously and the dhaal was incredible. Excellent value for money and great service. Great basement restaurant in borough market.
